Les autorit\u00e9s b\u00e9ninoises, accompagn\u00e9es des acteurs de la fili\u00e8re ananas, ont travaill\u00e9 de concert, appuy\u00e9s par l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne et l\u2019Agence Fran\u00e7aise de D\u00e9veloppement (AFD) via le projet PARASEP. Ce projet repr\u00e9sente un investissement de <strong>10,6 millions d&rsquo;euros (environ 6,9 milliards FCFA)<\/strong>, d\u00e9di\u00e9 non seulement au secteur de l\u2019ananas, mais aussi aux fili\u00e8res avicoles et du karit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une officialisation pleine de promesses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019obtention de l\u2019IGP a \u00e9t\u00e9 formalis\u00e9e lors d\u2019une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie officielle tenue <strong>le 28 octobre \u00e0 Cotonou<\/strong>, \u00e0 laquelle ont particip\u00e9 les repr\u00e9sentants du Groupement de D\u00e9fense et de Gestion de l\u2019IGP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avantages majeurs : du terroir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Garantir l\u2019origine g\u00e9ographique et les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de l\u2019ananas pain de sucre, c\u2019est valoriser son go\u00fbt unique tout en positionnant le produit sur de nouveaux march\u00e9s. C\u2019est aussi promouvoir la transformation locale et encourager la <strong>cr\u00e9ation de valeur ajout\u00e9e<\/strong> au B\u00e9nin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perspectives pour le secteur agricole b\u00e9ninois<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette certification ouvre la voie \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres fruits et produits b\u00e9ninois susceptibles de recevoir le label IGP.
